The creative inspiration for designing the De Lille Chair came from the fond memories of Rue de Lille, 45 in Paris, France, where I met many interesting people and stories shared by local residents.

In addition to the historic architecture, Rue de Lille was home to personalities such as Jacques Lacan, Karl Lagerfeld, Voltaire, among others. Walking down the street, few details can be noticed.

It is on the inner side of villas and townhouses, with ebonized wooden doors and precious metals that you discover details that frame windows and doors: a mysterious and striking presence, that is the De Lille Chair.
